Project details:
This beautiful home in Manly was designed and built to complement the existing heritage property. It involved a complete restructure of most of the existing internal walls, whilst retaining elements such as chimneys, feature arches, large skirtings and architraves.
The attic was converted to a retreat including two bedrooms, a large office, large lounge-room and a bathroom.
Downstairs retained a the original formal dining, but was modified with a new kitchen and lounge area, bathroom, master bedroom with large ensuite, and a large Merbau undercover deck attached to a sunny dining/entertaining room.
The front and rear yards were fully landscaped and the two-car garage upgraded.
