Sheridan Place Manly

Architect: Arqeon Architecture, Jospeh Wyman

The Manly project involved the conversion of 2 units into a single house. This involved the removal of load bearing walls downstairs and installing beams to support upstairs, thus opening up a large area for living and dining areas together with an ultra-modern kitchen.

A new bathroom and laundry were also included and downstairs area was finished with Australian oak floor boards and staircase.

Externally, new windows and doors were installed before the existing brickwork was rendered.

New Bi-folds doors were fitted to open on to a newly created deck and large infinity pool & spa. Owners now take advantage of impressive views over Manly beach.

A 4-car garage is also positioned under the suspended pool.
